Business Review: Fastway Couriers

Anonymous — Sun, 27/12/2009 - 3:08pm

I run a motorcycle parts company in central Scotland, I have used fastway couriers for about 9 months.

All went quite well until October when my usual pickup driver left the company without warning.

The pickups became quite sporadic and unreliable.

At the start of November the Manchester depot took over the running of the central Scotland depot as the original franchise went bust(but didn't tell anyone). At the end of November the Scotland depot closed.

Now the problem, I have two large parcels missing, know one knows where, know one really cares. The Manchester depot are ignoring my emails.

I have over £200 worth of unused tickets purchased after Manchester took over and have been told to try and claim the original franchise.(he went bust).

So the rule is stay clear of them, use Interparcel instead, you don't have to put £200 down on a book of tickets to use them, they use DHL ect who aren't going to pick up sticks and walk away with your money and your goods. Or use royal mail, maybe more expensive but they don't steal from you.

fastway couriers

aldona (not verified) — Thu, 04/03/2010 - 11:21pm

I think all the people who have been stuffed by Fastway Couriers should band together and get Watachdog to do a TV segment on them. How can the scotland division suddenly close down? They have not gone insolvent, or we would be notified. Basically, the guy that owns  the  scottish franchise is super rich with a mansion and 3 super expensive cars, with a partner in USA. The head office should buy our tickets back , or notify us on what is going on. I am sure head office will sell the franchise opportunity again in Scotland and will be happy to profit from all the new suckers who buy their tickets. Anyway, since head office was paid a percentage for all the tickets mugs like myself bought and still hold, how come we dont get compensated?

I think we should trash Fastway Couriers name and reputation and band together to do a class action suit agains these crooks. It all smells very illegal and how come the tax man is not notified? How much money has the Scottish franchise run off with and why hasnt the department been closed down legally through an insolvency lawyer.

If head office cared about their reputation they could buy back our tickets, or let my english customers use my tickets in england since i cant use them in scotland.  Surely there is a way we can band together to get some justice?

Hi there, if you come along to our Facebook group  "Sent Broke By Fastway" we are looking at getting some action going.   We are trying to gather as much evidence as we can to fight this company.  We do need to band together as you say, and so far this is our best chance yet.  Please let everyone you know about our group and hope to see you there.  This is mainly for Ex-Franchisee who where Courier drivers.

Yes we too have missing parcels that went from Peterborough and got lost in Leicester. Even had a parcel bound for Leicester lost, but customer managed to go around to the depot and demand his parcel.
I know people have problems but to put your head in the sand and not tell people what's going on is just bad business.

It is no good asking the English to buy your tickets.  I live in Kent andthe same thing happened to me.  I only found out about them going bust when I rang up for a pick up.  The person who ran the franchise said he would let me know what was going on and still not heard a word from anyone.  I too have a lot of tickets and also a claim for a parcel that went missing, but obviously no one is interested.  I dont know what to do next.  What path do you take to try to get your money back.

I have spoke to some one at head office, as they are still trading, regarding getting a refund for the bags & tickets. I was told it has nothing to do with them now as the owner of the north lincs area has done a runner with all our money.
I will not let this go.

Anonymous — Tue, 11/01/2011 - 2:07pm

Hi we are a music business in Worcester, Fastway have admittedly always seemed a little cowboy like. We had been through numerous drivers and had never been informed they had left until we tried to contact them. We also had one delivery that arrived broken to our customer, it took a fair amount of time to actually get the matter resolved however they did pay in the end.
Our problem now is they picked up a parcel on the 20/12/2010 and it has not been received by our customer, we phoned the mobile of the delivery driver and she informs us she has left. A colleague of mine rang west midlands region and was told the parcel had been passed on to parcel force and as yet they had no driver for our region but would let us know. They also said they expected the parcel would arrive at its destination yesterday the 10th of Jan.
Guess what it hadn't appeared so i rang fastway, no answer. rang another branch they said if it had gone to parcel force it would be on there system with a parcel force number and it had no number.... I told her i couldn't get an answer from the west mid group and she said try the fax as they were responding through that.I faxed still waiting for a response now.
As it still had not arrived today I tried again, still no answer.
I phoned parcel force and they have no record of a parcel to be delivered to the address of our customer.
Missing parcel...
Another carrier has since phoned us and told us fastway are in liquidation.

I stopped using Fastway 2

Anonymous — Mon, 31/01/2011 - 10:36pm

I stopped using Fastway 2 years ago but unfortunately was persuaded to use them again by one of their drivers. I couldn't give him the money for the tickets, but he accepted a postdated cheque for 1st Feb (thank God!) out of 4 labels used one item has been received broken, how on earth do you break a well wrapped handbag!! Another took 6 days to get 130 miles, the 3rd has gone to Preston Lancs when it was addressed for Longframlington Northumberland....well they do look similar! and the last has arrived back with me unopened without the customer knowing, very wierd, I spent all day today on the phone, they say they will call you back but never do,
Apparently UK mail will re-deliver the parcel to Northumberland tomorrow, I am sceptical! Cannot find out anything from UK mail as their contract is with Fastway not me so breaching confidentiality...blah, blah.
I have stopped my cheque and will send the tickets back tomorrow, evn the bank advised me to stop the cheque and did not charge me as Fastway practice made them feel sorry for me! Will willingly support any groups to get them investigated, will also big it to the attention of the chamber of commerce!

Anonymous (not verified) — Sat, 07/05/2011 - 10:29pm

Hi all,i recently left fastway as a driver,i gave my weeks notice and i still have not got my wage off them.

The whole network is a shambles, they pay you with a cheque which is never the correct amount, you put it in the bank and it f***ing bounces!i worked for them for a year and they were trying to get £4000 out of me for the franchise, iam just so glad i didn't pay for it.

the drivers at my depo were the best lads you could meet and they have all payed full wack for there franchises which i feel so sorry for them,if it wasn't for them i would take fastway down as i know lots more about them.

If you are a customer that has bought tickets off these pigs beware, your courier comes and picks a parcel up from you and you think it is on its way to its destination....wrong,sometimes it can be sat in the depo for 3-5 days because the manager hasn't payed the bill eg internet bill,or the third party courier who is delivering it!

Well i could go on forever!!!

Please feel free to ask me anymore questions.

To top it all a parcel went missing on their last day of trading worth £675 and I'm getting no joy from Fastway. I later found out the company who ran the depot went into receivership.

Dave (not verified) — Wed, 11/05/2011 - 5:02pm

I took a franchise with the scum from Berkshire Fastway at the beginning of last year.Stayed 7months. Could not afford to pay to work any longer. The promises made proved to be nothing more than verbal sh*t. The so called regional franchisee was a lying, devious, swindling maggot called Jita Heer who lives at 5 Bronte View,Gravesend.Kent. DA12 1PX. I have been trying to recover my label float money of £1600 since August and I have had every lie and excuse.Even though it was legally required.I believe there must be many people who have recently been sold labels even though the owners were intending to walk away with their money. All the franchisees who joined these scumbags have been left out of pocket or in debt.Along with many customers, some conned again for the second time.If there is anyone with an idea how to get these scum to pay up or face action then I am prepared to help in any way possible.

There are many many people in your situation.RIPPED OFF BY THESE LYING THIEVING SCUMBAGS.Selling labels to people when they intended to walk away is nothing short of a criminal act. As I have said in a previous posting the person responsible is Jita Heer aided and abetted by the office person Kiran.Money is owed to many, many people.According to his own bragging Heer and his family own many properties in Kent including Post Offices. He is an absolute theiving rogue.Sadly advising others to avoid them is too late as they have shut up shop and walked away with our money. There is no head office or anyone to pick up the tab.The whole scam shoulg have been investigated by now.

Another 1 bites the dust.South Wales now. They would have known they would be walking away but wanted to get rid of labels to make their 70% for providing nothing. Walk away and screw you. If you look at the history of Fastway this is the norm. The whole setup is corrupt and is designed to rip off the self employed local courier franchisee who can never make a living from their investment and the customer who gets left with hundreds of pounds worth of labels. Make no mistake there are thousands of ex fastway customers in the same position as those in South Wales. If they ever return in your area and you still have labels make out you will return as a customer, use up the labels and tell them to get lost. They deserve to be treated like the scum they are. It is about time trading standards got a grip of these monkeys. The problem is they hide behind limited company status to avoid any action against individuals

Another one in South Wales. We rang to book a collection about a month ago and the driver replied with "Your be lucky they've gone bust!" and hung up. We have tried contacting the various numbers we have for them but no luck, we have even sent emails to the insolvency company dealing with them and still got no reply. The only way I can see to get some money back is to sell the tickets on ebay like others are in the hope someone in a different area has a need for them. The thing that got me was when I needed to send out an item I asked our neighbouring units who they used, and they said that the week before our fastway driver had been going around asking if anyone wanted to buy any prepaid tickets!!! Trying to scam more money before disappearing into the sunset. Something needs to be done to stop people operating business' like this.

We've had three depots close on us... Barton le Clay, Milton Keynes and Northampton. No depots in our area now and we've been left holding lots of tickets with no chance of using them or obtaining a refund.

Alarm bells should have rang when it took 28 days for a parcel to be delivered!!!

Other well known courier companies may be more expensive.... but it'll be money well spent.

Fastways have been operating like this for years and getting away with it. Something needs to be done to stop this cowboy outfit! People are being ripped off, so many have paid for a service and have been left with unusable dockets and a hole in the bank balance.

I'm afraid I'm another former franchise who has lost thousands for much the same reasons of above - lies, fudged facts and figures, poor service you name it - we embarked on a costly legal claim against the regional franchisees so they promptly put the business into liquidation and set up a new company the very next day then simply carried on trading as though nothing was wrong. This too has gone into liquidation and the depot shut down - the whole operation is a con and there must be something watchdog or trading standards can do to expose them for what they are - rip off merchants - personally the more that go bust the better in the long run it will be since word must be out there by now

carlisusu (not verified) — Thu, 08/09/2011 - 8:22pm

I just tried to find the Facebook group, but it does not seem to exsist.
I am happy to contribute and campaign to expose these fraudsters, so please connect me to any groups that are forming so that I can pitch in.
Fortunately my final parcel to the liquidated Lewes depot miraculously was delivered to my customers today, but I am still stuck with 4 differnt books of partly used vouchers that are completely useless to me.
I must say that the lovely elderly couple who picked up my parcels were wonderful, even bringing biscuits for my dogs everytime they called around, and I shall miss them. I enjoyed 2 and a half years of faultless service with them. It's these people I feel the most sorry for. They bought into a franchise, sinking in their life savings, built up a little business which they worked at cheerfully and efficiently and now they have told me they are 20 grand out of pocket due the the Lewes depot closing down without any notice.
Surely if the top of this pyramid, i.e. the Fastway central office still exsists and reaps in the money from those that are below them, a large proportiion I am led to believe, they must be responsible in some way.
I run my own small fair-trade clothing business and now am searching for a more reliable, and yet affordable courier. In a small business like mine, every penny counts and now I am several hundred pounds out of pocket because of these rip-off merchants.
Please keep me up to speed with anything I can do to voice my disgust at they way they have harmed so many small businesses, like the little business my parcel collectors had run for themselves, struggling to keep their heads above water in these already difficult times.

While browsing the forums over the last couple of years, alot of similar stories have cropped up all the time, yet no one seems to be able to suggest a viable remedy. i hope the link above can help start legal action against this franchisor, who also in many other countries like Australia and New Zealand, where is started out have constantly been able to operate ripping people and its unfortunate franchisee that invest in the rogue franchisor. yet govt officials are guliable enough to believe there lies. Letting the corruption and deception be kept alive while sucking in more victims on a regular basis. The root of all evil is in Napier New Zealand, were it all started from all those years ago.

I run my own small fair-trade clothing business and now am searching for a more reliable, and yet affordable courier. In a small business like mine, every penny counts and now I am several hundred pounds out of pocket because of these rip-off merchants.
Please keep me up to speed with anything I can do to voice my disgust at they way they have harmed so many small businesses, like the little business my parcel collectors had run for themselves, struggling to keep their heads above water in these already difficult times.

scamwatch (not verified) — Fri, 09/09/2011 - 10:37pm

If you are talking about Sent Broke By Fastway facebook page, it had to be hidden in the end, because we kept getting fastway moles trying to sabotage our progress. One of these stooges from fastway started up a page called Sent Broke By Fastway Is A Joke.

But at the end of the day, for most the group is still operating but most are in the position of being emotionally and physically stressed and finding it hard to break through to approiate authorities and get noticed, because of Fastway Couriers actions, most of the victims are not able to take legal action and they have been unable to move forth.

This is my page on Facebook, i have got a few politicians and people that organised the changes in Australia franchise regulations as with a few victims. Believe me, i need a hand to fight this company, i cant do it single handed.... the logistics of the problem is far to great for one person to tackle, being widespread over many countries.

At the end of the day, i personally cant offer a remedy, but this may help start some sort of progress. If we talk about it in forums etc, we are just going around in circles and the appropriate authorities will not know of our plights.

carlisusu (not verified) — Fri, 09/09/2011 - 11:36pm

Yup, I saw the bogus facebook page and ignored it.
Oooooooo! Fastway moles?! What kind of people are we dealing with here?

I was told by the drivers that they were called in at midnight (ooooo eerie!) earlier this week for a meeting at Lewes depot and were told that the company had gone into liquidation and goodbye. The drivers assured me that the depot was emptied and all parcels sent for delivery before it was closed down. Mine went missing for a few days but thankfully eventually arrived at its destination.
Of course I'm stuck with several books of useless and expensive stickers, but I think I got off lightly compared to many.
Today I spent a good while researching our position. I have been in contact with trading standards and the insolvency service, which had no record of the company going into liquidation, mainly because I could not be sure exactly what name the Lewes Depot traded under. I used to write cheques to 'Business Post', but they had no listings under that name. Anyone have any idea what the OFFICIAL trading name of the Lewes depot is?
I rang up the drivers and was quite surprised that though they say they are £20,000 out of pocket, they do not wish to pursue this any further and would not speak to any journalist friends that I have. Why? It may be as simple as the fact that they may still be in shock and far too distressed to delve further, or is there a more sinister reason?
I also wrote a long letter to BBC Watchdog, whom I have not heard back from yet. I suggest the more of us that write to them, the more times the name FASTWAT comes up, the better chance we have of someone noticing us and picking up the story.
In any case, I plough on. I think the more fuss we make the better chance we have of getting this to public attention and perhaps getting some recognition and compensation. If only to stop this from happening again.
Please get in touch with leads and inspiration.
Good luck to us all!

Anonymous (not verified) — Mon, 19/12/2011 - 2:08am

Fastway Couriers are a bunch of arrogant, lying scumbags who will feed you the biggest lines of bullshit you will ever hear. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The names DICK HERMAN, BREM ELLINGHAM, LINDL HUNT, BILL McGOWAM, & JAMES HEADIFEN shoulld have a public health warning on them. The intention, in 2001 was to have 52 depots in the UK by 2002. It never happened: month by month depots folded, only to be bought again, and again, each time earning a fee for BILL McGOWAN and his wife SUZANNE McGOWAN. The price of the parcel deliveries is incredibly low, leaving courier franchisees no money whatsoever to pay themselves or even to operate the franchise with. Try getting money out of them, it is virtually impossible. Sleep well BILL McGOWAN, you are a disgraceful human being

We are another business in Lewes, and I think have had the same (lovely!) drivers as the previous poster for some years now. However, 3 boxes of ours were picked up early this week and never arrived at their destination, and are now missing. They total over £1000 worth of stock! Does anyone have any ideas how we might be able to go about getting them back??? We've tried all the usual numbers but can't get through to anyone who claims to know anything (or care!)

carlisusu (not verified) — Sun, 11/09/2011 - 9:59am

Get in touch with trading standards, BBC watchdog and The Insolvency Service. You will get no sense or joy out of Fastway, even if you manage to speak to someone.
The more of us that take this into the public domain, the more chance we have of getting noticed and the problems addressed. Just moaning on here will do nothing. I know it's not unusual for companies to go into liquidation overnight these days, but there is more to this than mere insolvency. Read the company's history and track record. The top of the Fastway pyramid are exploiting some sort of legal loophole in order to skim money of hardworking people. Over 20 depots have gone this way, and people all over the country are loosing money and stock from their little businesses.
Watchdog, in particular would do a piece on Fastway if the get enough messages mentioning the name and situation. Lets work together on this!

I totally agree with these

SCAMWATCH (not verified) — Sun, 11/09/2011 - 8:38pm

I totally agree with these comments. I urge everyone to head to the media, watchdog or whatever that get this story out there. Its has been happening constantly for many years, yet fallen short of being noticed in the public eye, unless you have been a victim. I have spoken to one person in the uk that took them to court won, yet never receive compensation as the company put themselves in voluntarty liquidation and sent them a victim a letter that there was no money left to pay him as a creditor. Yet very next day they kept operating under a different company name. This entire problem is not just isolated to one country, many have fallen to the same plight, and Australia and New Zealand where Fastway was formed are having the same problems. Yet going by all the reports in the media, you couldnt go wrong with them. I for one, had the displeasure of meeting the CEO of Fastway NZ a year ago, and was met by an arrogant little weazel who was ready and primed for defensive action. So believe me, that keep heading to the media, Watchdog, Trading Standards. Think of all of the unheard victims this Franchisor has accumulated over the years. Don't only do it for yourself, do it for others that have suffered the plight, most victims are so emotionally and pysically drained by the whole situation they dont fight back because they know they cant fight them legally and fastway would stretch it out even further.

Have just received this reply.......
We are in receipt of your correspondence and offer our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.

Unfortunately the Regional Franchise and Courier Franchisees covering your local area closed their business. This means that Fastway is no longer offering a pick up service in your area. We understand that this is a most unsatisfactory situation, and are doing all we can to rectify the situation. However we are unable to give an exact time frame as to when we will have a service available again in your area. We can assure you that it is our intention to expand our coverage of Great Britain just as soon as we can.

Please note that your prepaid labels and/or satchels will not expire, and we will honour them when a new franchise is established in your area. In the meantime we will put your name on our database so that we can keep you informed. Unfortunately the labels cannot be used in a different Regional area. Depending on your location, a neighbouring Regional Franchise may possibly be able to come to an arrangement in the near future. This is solely at their discretion as Fastway Regional Franchises are independently owned and operated.

We receive many enquiries about refunds of labels. Labels can only be refunded by the owner of the franchise that sold the labels to you. In some areas, this may be the administrator of that company, whom you should contact about this.

Thank you for contacting us and we do hope to have a solution in the near future.

Thanks,

Jas Kaur

I have never seen BBC watchdog in NZ put gather if enough interest was generated, that one of the networks like 60 minutes etc would pick it up. It long overdue to expose this company, while the person who started up (Bill McGowan) is living tax free in Monaco and still gets a huge cut from all the people he has been ripping off for years and has gone without notice due to many victims unable to afford legal fees, and for most the thought that Fastway will stretch it out as long as possilbe and sweep it under the carpet, while you legal fees skyrocket. I tell you the wrong this company has done, it bigger than Ben Hur. Its not only that Fastway have been ripping off franchisee's for years, its also the substanded service that has continued while the franchisee is churned due to the poor service.

When you read the email that k got from the Fastway FSO is appears that Fastway are going to try and resale all those failed regional franchisors. If this does happen, the destructive vicious cycle will begin again. Some of these RF have failed on a number of occasions. At some point, who do you point the finger at? Is it the RF which is in the second line of fire when things start to go wrong or do you go straight to the source who has the rights to operate in that country. For me, i would probably go straight to the core of the problem, which is Fastway Couriers in Napier NZ. That is the head office for Fastway Global, and previous dealing with them with my ongoing dispute have found they are dishonest and very deceptive as well. they say its the RF i have my dispute with, but after over time it appears that its not just the RF, it the whole system.

I have lost in excess of £120,000 over the course of 15 months, this figure does not include losing from potential wages had I been an employee. The business model is designed to churn regional and courier franchisess until a region becomes well established, not a model suited for the UK! This business has destroyed my life and I have still not recovered 5 years on. The Franchise support office is the only one that makes money buy selling off regional territories and it finally seems the system has crashed. Stay away from Fastway at all costs, I curse the day I first got in touch with the FSO to enquire.

Hi All! I used to be a driver

Anonymous (not verified) — Tue, 03/01/2012 - 9:42pm

Hi All!

I used to be a driver 8 years ago at the Manchester Branch when it was based in Stockport. I started out as a sales rep but couldn't sell much as the type of business was not designed for the UK market. I changed to a driver (employee, not courier franchisee) because business at the time was doing ok-ish, and wanted to look at a possible franchise opportunity because the prospects looked good at the time.

The pay-as-you go system would work well if the franchises were well established, which in only a few areas was true. The downside to this was a risk of putting money up front for a service you may not receive. This part I totally agree with everyone who has lost out, you should all be re-imbursed and more for your losses etc.

The one thing I would ask though, is bare a thought for the people who invested in working for the company who have also lost out on their entire business. (some people paid thousands of pounds to be a part) I have friends who did this and regret it totally, and have had to live with a massive loss in their bank accounts, and also a shed load of abuse from angry customers. (to a point, I can understand why) Be annoyed and focus all your anger at the people who let their workforce down.

I don't want to annoy people with this post, and I hope I haven't. I only looked up fastway because I saw a van on the road and wanted to see what state the company was in now. I'm glad I left when I did becuase I probably would have ended up in this long list of complaints.

I sincerely hope all of you get what you are owed.

Sounds like the BBC are just hopeless, no wonder alot of rogue companies are never exposed.   Never fear, i have another contact i was given recently who i have been given, and have had a short communication during the holiday period over here in NZ.   It seems legit.  The person is a journalist who works for the ABC and works on a couple of current affairs programs over there (in Australia).   Even though a majority here are in the UK here, i would strongly suggest getting a hold of this guy.  There is a large chance alot of the networks around the globe will pick up on this and will should get the snowball rolling and pick up alot of speed.

Steve Cannane is the journalist name: his contact email is as follows:  Cannane.Steve@abc.net.au

We need to open alot more avenues. I guess with no compliance from the BBC is because evidence has become sporatic and broken in translation.  Many victims, but the effect becomes watered down due to not seeing all evidence in front of them.  I think we need to gather information together and present them with a list of all the casualties this franchisor has created.  I, scamwatchfastway has been compiling alot of information, but the list keeps growing.

If anyone knows of other outlets to vent our concerns, please let us know, the more sources to vent our frustions and concerns, the better.

We need to open alot more

Joe Barry — Wed, 15/02/2012 - 1:05pm

We need to open alot more avenues. I guess with no compliance from the BBC is because evidence has become sporatic and broken in translation.  Many victims, but the effect becomes watered down due to not seeing all evidence in front of them.  I think we need to gather information together and present them with a list of all the casualties this franchisor has created.  I, scamwatchfastway has been compiling alot of information, but the list keeps growing.

Its also disturbing to see

scamwatch (not verified) — Fri, 17/02/2012 - 9:04pm

Its also disturbing to see that the head franchisor wipes its hands of all failed regional franchises.  With so many countries that Fastway have operated and failed,  i feel it evident that the head franchisor, need to take all that blame,  i for one, have dealt breifly with head office in NZ and found these guys to be very dishonest, and have lied through their teeth on many occasions to bend the truth and manipulate not only the victim but also the authorities.

Not only has the CF been churned and Burned, but also alot of Regional Franchises, which is a little less than CF, but it is happening, but the bigger picture is, who makes the money from these failed RF and CF? Most of these failed franchises end up being resold well knowing that all to well that they will be part of a distructive cycle, not on them, but whoever gets conned into buying into this.

From bits and peices of seen about this parcel2go thing is that you just keep going around in circles.   More than likley its a ploy for buying time so that somehow they can cover their tracks of all the shonky business practices

I used Fastway in Berkshire,

Anonymous (not verified) — Fri, 13/04/2012 - 12:40pm

I used Fastway in Berkshire, and for a while they were very good.  The regular driver one day said do you want to buy some spare tickets at half price - I said yes.....£1600 worth for £800.  I used about £100 of them, and then a letter comes out saying they are closing.  My driver then dissappeared, and changed his phone number.

I moved my office to Liverpool, and saw the local fastway driver in the car park one day; got talking to him and said I was interested in using Fastway, and I have a few tickets left over - he said use them, no one will know they were not bought from the L'pool depot.  I got away with it until I had about £200 left...then they said I had to buy tickets from them - I said "f**k off I would never use you bunch of cowboys again".. ha ha so at least I recouped my money.

I see from their website they have one depot in Essex - for God sake dont use them!

I would tred with caution, i

SCAMWATChfastway — Sat, 14/04/2012 - 9:43pm

I would tred with caution, i see they are trading under the name of Bancroft Logistics.  After going through Fastway Couriers Uk website,.  Not knowing the geography of the UK to well it appears they are operating in  Essex

Bancroft Logistics

Unit 7 & 8 Crittal Drive,
Springwood Industrial Estate,
Braintree, Essex,
CM7 2RT

If anyone can confirm anymore details that would be much appreciated, and if anyone has had dealings with the Essex Depot operating under the guise of Bancroft Logistics would be much appreciated
