We know that false reviews damage your business reputation and we always encourage businesses to respond positively to their reviews. Regardless of whether a review is false, we believe that by replying to reviews is much better for your business than simply ignoring or removing it.

Good response: This review was written with malice and is false. We have no records of such work in our system. If we are incorrect, we would ask that you contact us so we can resolve your issues.

The good response shows to visitors that the review has the potential to be false, and, if it isn’t, at least you have showed them you are willing to resolve consumer problems.

False reviews however are difficult to overcome and we deal with this type of defamation responsibly.
