General help

• How do I write a review? You can write a review by clicking here, or email support@foulbusiness.co.uk about your experience and we’ll publish it for you. Please note that submitting a review via email will automatically create a FoulBusiness account.
• How do I create an account? You can create an account be clicking here, or email support@foulbusiness.co.uk with your name, email address and location and we can set up an account for you.
• How long does it take to approve a review? It can take from 30minutes to 24hours to approve your review and this time can depend on a variety of factors. Average time is currently less than 4hours.
• How long does it take to approve a comment? All comments are approved or declined immediately. If you see your comment online straight away, it has been approved, if you can't see your comment it has been declined. Declined comments can not be republished by moderators and are removed from the site entirely. If your comment is genuine and it continues to be declined, contact support and we can help you.
• There is a mistake in my review, how can I correct it? If there is a mistake in your review we can do our best to rectify it. We often find mistakes such as grammar issues during the approval process and we will correct these for you automatically. If your mistake is more important, or one that could alter the meaning or effect of a review, you must contact jkitching@foulbusiness.co.uk and we can investigate the mistakes. Please note that mistakes cannot always be changed. Once submitted, only tier 2 members and moderators can edit a review.
• I want my review removed. There is a cooling off period of 24hours after approval where we give all review authors the ability to change their mind and remove there review from public view. After this time, it is not possible to have a review removed. Feel free to contact support regarding the removal of a review.
• I have submitted a review but it's not appearing online. When you submit a review, it gets sent to moderators to assess against a number of strict policies. This process can take up to 48 hours. You will see no sign of your review on FoulBusiness UK until a moderator has approved it. If it has been over 4 days since you have submitted your review, and it still doesn't appear to be online, try searching for it specifcally. If in doubt, click here.
• I have been told that a comment is undergoing investigation. Sometimes positive comments will undergo investigation to determine how genuine they are. Comment investigations can be triggered for a number of reasons. Non-genuine comments may be removed. Negative comments can also become subject of an investigaton if a moderator believes it is necessary to determine its truthfulness.
• What's a Tier 2 Member? A tier 2 member is a FoulBusiness UK user that has built trust within the FoulBusiness UK community. They have provided proven contact information to FoulBusiness and are rewarded with extra priveledges that normal user do not have.
• Can I become a FoulBusiness moderator? FoulBusiness UK appreciates those that wish to look after our website. To become a moderator you must currently have an active moderation role with another website and have extended knowledge of Drupal CMS. 20/12/2011 - FB is not currently looking for moderators. Keep checking back here for updates.
• I have forgotten my FoulBusiness password. No worries! Just click here and we’ll send over a new one. If that’s not working, send us an email at support@foulbusiness.co.uk.

Legal help

• I want to write about a business but what are the legal problems? There are multiple legal issues FoulBusiness has come across. The main issues are businesses being upset with their review and threatening us with legal action.  We always reason with businesses to come to a professional outcome. We cannot disclose legal issues if you are not involved in them, but rest assured that if your review is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge you cannot be sued by anyone for what you have wrote online. FoulBusiness UK takes responsibility for all other legal problems and you cannot be sued for those either. If you follow our instructions on creating a review, you will not have any legal issues. FoulBusiness will always fight legal problems before they are carried onto you. 
• A business is personally threating me. Please remove my review! If a business has read your review and has personally identified you from what you have wrote and has then proceeded to threaten you or harass you to get us to remove a review, let us know immediately and get the business to contact us. We may not remove a review, so the sooner we know about the threatening the sooner we can take action. We will reason with the business upon them contacting us. We have always dealt with issues like this immediately, and all outcomes have been effective. Please note that FoulBusiness may not remove reviews even under your request.
• A business is threating me with legal action. Please remove my review! Removing a review because of a threat of legal action is not always the best option. If the business has threatened you with action and what you have wrote is true, do not worry and inform FoulBusiness UK as soon as possible and we will deal with the situation for you. Please note that FoulBusiness may not remove reviews even under your request.
